Going one-step further

I’ve taken the ‘wrap around’ idea one step further, and moved the two bogs gardens to the back of the terrace. The purple loosestrife looks especially beautiful.

We’ve also added some wood to the pond in the hope of attracting aquatic beetles and dragonfly larvae. I know that there’s a risk of fouling the water
